Keep the folllowing  questions in mind while you read, and then answer them using the subjunctive when necessary:

¿De qué se queja la protagonista?

¿Qué es lo que le gustaría que fuera diferente?

¿Qué espera la protagonista de él? ¿Qué espera él de ella?

¿Qué es lo que no soporta de su esposo? 

¿Qué es lo que le enfada?

¿Qué  le pone contenta?

¿Es lógico que se sienta así?

Mi Hombre

Me he casado con un descuartizador de aguacates. Ya comprenderán que mi matrimonio es un fracaso. Cuando conocí a mi marido yo tenía diecinueve años. Por entonces estaba convencida de que el día más hermoso en la vida de una muchacha era el día de su boda, y cada vez que veía una novia me ponía a moquear de emoción como una tonta. Ahora tengo cuarenta y tres años y no me divorcio porque me da miedo vivir sola.
